In 2010 we have again scheduled a number of outdoor workshops using a variety of media. In addition to repeating last year's successful days at Cliveden we also have two days on the River at Marlow, a visit to the Grand Union Canal at Marsworth , a day at Waddesdon Manor and a visit to Waterperrry Gardens. For those with patience there is a trip to the tranquil Piggotts Hill at Speen in early September.
This year we also welcome two visiting tutors, Barbara Pearman and Lorna Minton. Barbara is well known for her coloured Ink Painting and you can see examples of her work at www.barbarapearmanart.co.uk. Lorna Minton is a Botanical Artist with a gold medal award from the Royal Horticultural Society. www.palmito.demon.co.uk
Save money by booking early for Summer 2010 Workshops!
In order to ensure that as many of our summer workshops as possible go ahead
we are offering the first 5 places on most days at a discounted rate.
This means that many workshops will start at the low price of just £29.00. The normal rate for these one day events will be £36.00.
Please note the following:
- Some workshops will use models and there will normally be an additional cost of around £4.00 depending on the number of places booked.
- Where the workshop is being held at a location and incur hire charges (Thame Barns Centre) or an admission fee, these costs are in addition to the basic rate.
- For practical purposes admission fees will be paid by the individual on the day.
- National Trust members will not need to pay an admission fee either at Cliveden, Long Crendon Courthouse or Waddesdon Manor.
